Executive ‐ Plant Lean Enterprise

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the team as an Senior Executive ‐ Plant Lean Enterprise. This role will enable you to ensure that all facilities align to lean principals through process audits and to implement new lean initiatives with the involvement of employees whilst, creating a problem-solving culture.
Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data from department heads and prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports.
Track daily Kaizen hours and support employees in completing Kaizen activities on time.
Maintain MOS procedures and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring audit findings are closed within deadlines.
Coordinate external MOS visits, share best practices, and promote Lean initiatives across the plant.
Facilitate PDCA problem-solving sessions with relevant teams.
Organize Lean Manufacturing training programs, including JFB training, for employees.Monitor MOS implementation and encourage employee participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the preparation of the annual Plant Hoshin Kanri and Blueprint.
Ensure health and safety requirements are incorporated into process improvements and business activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and relevant legal requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by management related to the role.
- Completed bachelor's degree in Project Management, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1 - 2years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Analytical skills and experience with data‐driven decision‐making.
- Good Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills.
