Responsibilities
- Managing correspondence and coordinating meeting schedules on behalf
of the Managing Director.
- Overseeing the end-to-end tenanting process, including handling
enquiries, conducting screenings, and coordinating fit-outs.
- Scheduling and facilitating meetings with senior-level executives,
ensuring seamless coordination and professional engagement.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing documents as needed
to support executive and team strategic planning and decision making
- Developing and managing files and databases, with a strong focus on
maintaining data accuracy and ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinating and maintaining lease documentation to ensure accuracy,
compliance, and timely execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with a strong
background in senior-level administrative support or a comparable role.
- Demonstrate proficiency in applying real estate market analysis
techniques to assess property value, market dynamics, and investment potential.
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel,
MS Word and MS PowerPoint, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office
Administration are a plus
