Executive - Laboratory - Operations

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to to perform NIKE Garment Durability tests for Development, QRS and production in accordance with customer specifications whilst, ensuring the timely release of test reports and samples thereby, facilitating customer and production requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct & Ensure NIKE Embellishment Durability Tests for Pre-Production & Production running time Production Stage samples as per the test request.
- Conduct NIKE Garment Durability Tests for development, QRS and Production, quality reference and production samples.
- Ensure that NIKE Garment Durability test reports are completed and released in line with the required production requirements.
- Conduct & Ensure that NIKE Garment Storage Tests/NIKE Bonding Tests completed and released Test Reports in line with the required Customer requirements.
- Co-ordinate with relevant NIKE Certified Auditors, Plant Coordinators, and the Quality Managers.
- Ensure NIKE Garment Durability test methods are up-to date and is in accordance with customer and testing standards.
- Train the relevant lab team members with updated test methods to improve their performance as per the required standards.
- Ensure the achievement of relevant Staff and Team Member level KPI’s to achieve departmental KPI’s.
- Handle service process of all laboratory machines and equipment duly not to interruptions to testing procedures.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree/ Diploma in a relevant Textile field.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity/ Apparel Industry.
- Knowledge of fabric and test methods.
