Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining Silueta as an Intern - Autonomation. This will be a great opportunity you to effectively engage with electrical control panel design and wiring, mechanical design and simulations, support installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic electrical control panel design and wiring.
- Support installation of PLC, HMIs, VFD with pneumatic and electrical devices on automated machines.
- Mechanical design and simulations using CAD software (Solid Works, AutoCAD).
- Project related trials and design of experiments.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Undergraduates in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge in 3D designs, electrical control panel design, wiring, commissioning and trouble shooting.
- Good analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Sinhala.
Skills Required
- Undergraduate in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD (3D/CAD design)
- Knowledge of electrical control panel design and wiring
- Familiarity with PLC, HMI and VFD installation and commissioning
- Experience with pneumatic systems and integration on automated machines
- Troubleshooting and commissioning skills for automated equipment
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
