Monitor stock levels, forecast procurement requirements, and maintain procurement records including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communications.

- Maintain inventory of laboratory reagents, chemicals, consumables, media, standards, reference materials, and cell-based products and maintain optimal inventory levels to support uninterrupted laboratory operations.
- Maintain laboratory documentation in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring all documents are current, controlled, and accurately maintained. Coordinate document revisions, maintain document history, and support internal and external audits through complete and accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), laboratory safety, health and environmental policies, and other applicable regulatory requirements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Procurement, internal teams to support efficient laboratory operations.
