Supports reprogramming somatic cells into disease and healthy iPSC lines, differentiating them into target cell types, isolating primary cells, and conducting characterization assays. Assists with organoid and organ-on-chip model development, maintains experimental records, writes SOPs, manages inventory, supports cell banking, and follows ALCOA+++ and GMP compliance practices.

Develops and optimizes antibody purification, bioconjugation, latex and nanoparticle diagnostic reagents, and immunoturbidimetric assays. Responsibilities include EDC/NHS conjugation, assay validation, DOE studies, troubleshooting, stability evaluation, technical documentation, mentoring, technology transfer, and manufacturing scale-up support. Collaborates with antibody R&D, QC, QA, manufacturing, and multidisciplinary product development teams under GLP/GMP requirements.

Supports routine mammalian cell culture, media preparation, basic assays, PCR, gel electrophoresis, and molecular biology activities. Prepares reagents and buffers, maintains laboratory cleanliness, follows SOPs and safety protocols, documents work in lab notebooks or eLN systems, and helps manage daily laboratory operations.

Execute upstream and downstream bioprocessing operations, including media and buffer preparation, fermentation, inoculum preparation, cell separation, lysis, filtration, and centrifugation. Maintain BMRs, logbooks, inventory, and process records. Coordinate equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and AMC activities. Support process validation, commissioning, risk analysis, change control, incident and deviation management, CAPA, and root-cause analysis.

Lead end-to-end ISO 27001 ISMS implementation within a biotechnology environment. Deploy Annex A security controls across infrastructure, applications, and business teams; develop policies and SOPs; manage audit readiness, evidence, risk registers, CAPAs, data integrity, validation support, governance dashboards, and cybersecurity awareness programs. Ensure alignment with GxP, ALCOA+, DPDP Act, IT Act, and QMS requirements.

Owns site EHS activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation. Develops safety plans, assesses operational hazards, investigates accidents, prepares safety reports, and recommends infrastructure or process improvements. Coordinates training in first aid, CPR, emergency preparedness, accident prevention, and workplace inspections. Addresses employee safety concerns, supports emergency response, and promotes consistent safety standards across the organization.

Conduct protein analysis and characterization using solution chemistry expertise. Complete analytical development projects on schedule, address customer complaints, calibrate and validate equipment, maintain experimental documentation, and support ISO, OHSAS, and customer audits. Contribute to product and process development timelines, train junior staff, participate in required training, and help maintain smooth laboratory operations.

Oversees livestock health care, treatment, vaccination, deworming, weighing, immunization, bleeding, and plasmapheresis activities. Manages farm schedules, expenses, inventory, SOP authorization, employee leave, subordinate supervision, inspections, regulatory audits, and compliance with animal husbandry practices, GMP, and CPCSEA requirements.

Processes and manages plasma and biological materials, including filtration, stocking, labeling, aseptic handling, biosafety cabinet operation, data management, and inventory management.

Coordinates laboratory procurement, inventory, equipment maintenance, calibration, servicing, and qualification. Manages master and working cell banks, cryopreserved storage, traceability, and laboratory records. Maintains QMS documentation, supports audits, and ensures compliance with GLP, GDP, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while collaborating with Quality Assurance, Procurement, and laboratory teams.

Conduct recombinant antibody discovery using phage display technology. Reformat antibodies into different isotypes, species, bispecific, and multispecific formats; express and purify antibodies in bacterial and mammalian systems; characterize and validate results; analyze and report data; prepare presentations and project reports; and support departmental activities.

Performs protein purification, analysis, characterization, and solution chemistry activities using chromatographic systems, FPLC/AKTA, UFDF, and TFF. Completes product and process development projects, addresses customer complaints, calibrates and validates equipment, maintains audit documentation and electronic lab records, and supports technology transfer and training. Guides junior staff and contributes to process improvement and timely project delivery.

Establishes and continuously improves the engineering QMS for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Responsibilities include SOP and document control, deviation and CAPA management, change control, qualification and validation support, preventive maintenance and calibration oversight, audit readiness, GMP training, risk management, engineering records, and procurement coordination. Ensures compliance with cGMP, Schedule M, WHO-GMP, ISO, and related regulatory requirements.

Executes downstream biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including ultrafiltration, dialysis, centrifugation, chromatography, protein polishing, formulation, and aseptic filtration. Maintains batch manufacturing records, logbooks, SOPs, equipment records, inventories, sample registrations, and processing-area cleanliness. Supports deviations, validation activities, data trending, raw-material issuance, and waste-disposal documentation while following manufacturing procedures and quality requirements.

Owns Auskey’s go-to-market strategy, growth experiments, healthcare professional sales, institutional partnerships, channel development, and marketing initiatives in India. Responsibilities include building pipelines, conducting product demonstrations, closing sales, developing sales playbooks, managing commercial metrics, creating healthcare-focused messaging, gathering field feedback, reporting performance, and supporting future team hiring and mentoring.

Performs accounting and clerical support, including bookkeeping, bank deposits, general ledger postings, account reconciliations, financial data entry, report preparation, discrepancy resolution, vendor and client communication, and general office tasks. Ensures accounting records are accurate, compliant, and maintained efficiently while supporting the accounting department and company personnel.
