Executive – Human Resources Development
(Based at Silueta, Biyagama)

Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Silueta team as an Executive – Human Resources Development. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to dive and ensure all functions pertaining to the assigned talent management pillar within the Division/ Manufacturing facility ensuring adherence to set HR processes designed to attract, develop, motivate, retain talent to support the organisation in creating high performance teams that enable the achievement of current and long term goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure timely and cost-effective hiring of interns, executives, workers, and staff.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Maintain updated CV database and accurate headcounts.
Coordinate preboarding and onboarding processes.
Update employee records and ensure timely confirmations.
Build partnerships with universities and institutes to attract talent.
Support promotion processes and internal talent movement.
Manage offshore staffing, secondments, and repatriation.
Identify training needs through competency assessments.
Plan and implement training programs.
Coordinate with departments for training participation.
Maintain trainer pool and enhance trainer capabilities.
Track and update L&D records, reports, and dashboards.
Ensure timely processing of training-related payments.
Evaluate training effectiveness and improve processes.
Coordinate goal setting and appraisal processes.
Work with departments and HR to meet timelines.
Liaise with central teams to resolve system issues.
Train and supervise junior staff on HR functions.
Conduct internal training sessions.
Promote employee wellbeing and career growth.
Ensure timely and accurate system updates.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Improve processes through innovative solutions.
Maintain compliance, safety standards, and organizational values (MAS DNA).
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
2 – 4 years of relevant HR experience.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Demonstrate ability to take lead as and when required.
Sound communication and Negotiation skills.
Ability to work well with technology.
Customer relationship skills.
Build and Maintain relationships.
Business Acumen.
