Intern ‐ Digital Excellence

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing training programs tailored for different user groups relating to digital transformation projects.
- Provide necessary support to conduct knowledge extraction sessions with
- SMEs and document key process insights in structured knowledge files.
- Organize and maintain a repository of Knowledge materials for easy access and updates
- Assist in designing user engaging e learning illustrations.
- Ability to analyze process flows and identify key learning points
Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, Canva for documentation and illustration preparation.
