In this role, you will work closely with all customer-facing and support departments, partnering with the business to ensure functions are supported with the right analysis to enable informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic business partnering for customer interface and support service functions to drive performance, collaboration, and support achievement of overall business performance.
Customer profitability reporting, including detailed variance analysis and insightful commentary support data-driven and informed business decision-making
Balance sheet oversight and monitoring, ensuring accuracy and timely review of key financial positions and movements
Management reporting and preparation of regular performance reports, complemented by ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Sales performance monitoring, tracking, and forecasting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, enabling proactive business actions
Pre-order and post-order product analysis to evaluate demand patterns, improve planning accuracy, and support proactive commercial decision-making
Developing and maintaining visual software tools such as dashboards for data representation and analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in Finance or related discipline in CIMA, ACCA or CA.
Minimum 1‐ 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Previous Experience in a similar role would be an added advantage
