Reconciliation of Vendors & customers. Obtaining balance confirmation from group company & external vendors.
Handling Internal & Statutory Audit
Handling Income Tax Audit , VAT Audit, Service Tax Audit
Assist in Finalization of Balance Sheet
Assisting in Weekly Updating of bank balances in TM5
Ensuring timely filing of TDS, Income Tax, PF, GST returns
Managing the timely preparation and presentation of statutory books of accounts, financial statement annual returns, ensuring compliance of accounting standards
Liaising with bank and governments
Assisting in monthly closing of books of accounts
Timely payments of vendors & suppliers. Processing import payments
Regularization of Bill of entries against import
Checking and passing of payroll entries in SAP. Processing the salary payments
Handling Export regularization
Specialized knowledge /education: BCOM, MBA - Finance

Skills Required
- BCom or MBA in Finance
- Proficiency in SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience updating weekly bank balances in TM5
- Experience reconciling vendors and customers and obtaining balance confirmations
- Experience handling internal and statutory audits
- Experience handling Income Tax, VAT, Service Tax audits
- Assisting in finalization of balance sheet and monthly book close
- Timely filing of TDS, Income Tax, PF, GST returns
- Preparation and presentation of statutory books of accounts and financial statements
- Liaising with banks and government authorities
- Processing timely payments to vendors and suppliers, including import payments
- Regularization of bill of entries against imports
- Checking and passing payroll entries in SAP and processing salary payments
- Handling export regularization
- Strong accounting and finance knowledge
- Good judgement and decision-making skills
- Managerial skills and ability to coordinate across teams
- Experience with reconciliation and financial control processes
- Experience with compliance and statutory work, payments and treasury support
