Coordinate supplier and process quality activities including dimensional analysis, PPAP participation, FMEA input, supplier audits, corrective action management, quarantine and failure cost control, supplier development, and monthly supplier performance evaluations to ensure component and process compliance.

The Lean Manufacturing Manager will analyze production processes, lead Lean initiatives, implement operational standards, support project management, and monitor performance indicators to foster continuous improvement in an automotive environment.

Plan and implement quality improvement initiatives, monitor compliance with product quality requirements, analyze production data and quality indicators, perform root cause analysis, develop corrective actions, support finished product testing, and maintain quality documentation and administrative processes.

Manage end-to-end automotive projects: create plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain schedules, enforce change control, ensure compliance with IATF 16949/VDA/APQP, hand over to operations, and maintain Team Center until series phase.

The Risk and Compliance Manager will ensure compliance with customer specifications, oversee risk governance, manage risk frameworks, conduct assessments, and report risks to top management.

Coordinate technical aspects of automotive wiring harness projects from design through mass production: client liaison, 3D/2D drawing review, BOM and DFMEA creation, quality root-cause analysis and corrective actions, engineering change management, PLM data control, and process/cost optimization.

Support EHS engineer to identify and evaluate factory environmental, health, and safety risks; implement and audit ISO14001/45001 systems; develop safety training, emergency plans, and fire drills; manage waste classification, conduct safety inspections, and produce injury/statistical reports; assist with EHS documentation and factory safety affairs.
