Responsibilities include validating production processes, implementing changes, reducing quality risks and costs, resolving internal and customer nonconformities, preparing process-control documentation, participating in PFMEA sessions, audits, and project meetings, and reporting to management. The role requires automotive customer-quality experience, knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA, quality tools, technical drawings, ERP systems, and OEM portals.

Manages customer demand and order requirements in SAP, coordinates shipping plans with warehouse and carriers, monitors deliveries, prepares post-shipment documentation, handles transportation orders, and resolves service issues. Partners with plant and global finance leadership, provides financial insights, supports strategic planning, forecasts budgets, improves EBIT and cash flow, implements controlling systems and governance, standardizes reporting, and coordinates productivity, cost, and working-capital initiatives.

Drive hands-on Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives across global automotive manufacturing sites. Lead Kaizen workshops, Gemba walks, problem-solving, line balancing, layout optimization, bottleneck analysis, and SMED projects. Coach plant teams, implement sustainable productivity, quality, and cost improvements, track KPIs, and contribute to global operational excellence standards. The role requires regular travel to production sites, approximately 40–60%.

Manages regional commodity procurement across APAC, including commodity strategies, KPI performance, market trend monitoring, price negotiations, supplier development, contract management, escalation handling, and new-part awarding. Partners with global commodity managers and procurement project managers to optimize sourcing decisions and processes. The role requires cross-functional experience, procurement expertise, process development experience, fluency in Chinese and English, and up to 20–30% annual travel.

Manage sales activities for Korea and Vietnam, including key account and customer relationship management, customer and market development, new business development, RFQ management, pricing, commercial management, and sales data management. Leads plant-level quality management system activities under IATF 16949, including internal and process audits, controlled-document management, corrective-action follow-up, global standards implementation, KPI reporting, lessons-learned sharing, customer audit support, and quality training. The role coordinates interdisciplinary teams and communicates local and global quality requirements while supporting continuous improvement and industry benchmarking.

Manage strategic Tier 1 automotive accounts globally, developing customer strategies, securing new business, influencing sourcing and technology roadmaps, and driving revenue and profitability. Lead commercial negotiations involving pricing, contracts, tooling, engineering changes, and claims. Coordinate cross-functional and international teams, manage escalations, deliver executive communications, analyze market trends, maintain forecasts and CRM data, and track account performance against strategic objectives.

Drive development and implementation of a global project controlling concept. Reconcile balance sheet and P&L positions, resolve intercompany differences, and lead/process-improvement projects. Collaborate with group entities and maintain reliable consolidated financial data.

Processes orders, coordinates shipping with customers and carriers, plans material supply based on delivery dates and inventory, prepares shipping and customs documents, maintains ERP master data, and supports logistics process improvements. The role requires commercial training, initial logistics experience, knowledge of EDI and JIT/JIS processes, strong organization, teamwork, flexibility, and German and English proficiency.

Develops and coordinates automotive manufacturing launches, including resources, budgets, project plans, timelines, rate-of-climb plans, and cost controls. Establishes manufacturing and assembly processes, machines, tools, PFMEA, process flows, and work instructions.
