Role Purpose:
Rresponsible for supporting the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that promote employee development and a positive organizational culture. This role involves coordinating various activities, providing administrative support, and ensuring effective communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support Development Programs:
Assist in designing and executing employee development programs and initiatives.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Maintain and update the Training Masterlist, ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and integrity.
Culture Promotion:
Promote company values and culture through various communication channels.
Organize and facilitate team-building activities and cultural events.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support for development and culture-related activities.
Ensure timely and effective helpdesk function to assist employees with their queries.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to development and culture programs.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze metrics related to employee development and culture.
Prepare reports and presentations for management based on data insights.
Provide recommendations to improve development and culture initiatives.
