The Digital Transformation Van (DTV) project aims to provide IT and digital literacy training to youth in underserved communities and bridge the digital divide.
We are looking for an energetic and field-oriented Mobilizer to support the Digital Transformation Van (DTV) project. The candidate will be responsible for student mobilization, community outreach, and supporting enrollment targets.
Mobilize youth from nearby communities, slum areas, and schools for enrollment in DTV courses.
Conduct door-to-door visits, community meetings, and awareness sessions.
Counsel students and parents about the benefits of digital literacy and IT training.
Support the registration and documentation process of students.
Maintain daily mobilization reports and share updates with the Project Coordinator.
Coordinate with local leaders, NGOs, and schools to increase outreach.
Assist in organizing awareness programs and community engagement activities.
Ensure achievement of monthly enrollment targets.
Minimum Graduate preferred.
Experience in mobilization, sales, or community outreach (NGO/skill development sector preferred).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with fieldwork and community visits.
Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting.
Individuals passionate about community development and youth empowerment.
Candidates who are target-oriented and confident in interacting with people.
