As part of the Brand Marketing team, Brand Marketing Executive supports the planning and execution of brand campaigns and sponsorship initiatives, provides marketing communications support across divisions to help ensure a unified and consistent brand presence across public-facing channels, and analyses market trends and audience insights to strengthen key brand metrics such as trust, value and brand equity in support of business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Custodian and Campaign Support 

  • Act as the guardian of the Income brand and maintain the integrity and visual identity of the brand to ensure consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Support the planning and execution of brand initiatives and campaigns in alignment with the company’s purpose, mission and business objectives.
  • Support brand and marketing activations to drive engagements through experiential and interactive events/activations.
  • Help maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across customer and public-facing touchpoints.

Campaign Management

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to drive brand awareness, engagement and business goals.
  • Develop clear agency and internal briefs, including objectives, deliverables, target audiences, key messages and KPIs, to support effective campaign development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop multi-channel content and campaign assets that support campaign objectives and KPIs.
  • Track campaign performance through post-campaign reporting, using data and insights to identify learnings and improve future effectiveness, including impact on trust, value and brand equity.

Data-Driven Marketing and Segment Support

  • Analyse customer insights, market trends and competitive intelligence to inform campaign planning and marketing decisions.
  • Support the development of targeted marketing approaches for specific customer segments based on their needs and behaviours.
  • Support the tailoring of campaigns and messaging to resonate with diverse audience groups while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviours to inspire innovative ideas and keep the brand relevant and forward-thinking.

Cross-Divisional Marketing Communications Support

  • Work closely with product, distribution, digital and other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Partner with Strategic Marketing & Communications and internal stakeholders to support the development and amplification of brand messaging.
  • Provide marketing communications support to stakeholders across divisions by helping to shape briefs, guide creative development, and coordinate the production and delivery of assets to ensure brand consistency.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to support effective collaboration and smooth delivery of marketing initiatives.

Budget and Resource Management

  • Support budget tracking and administration to help ensure cost efficiency and the effective use of marketing resources.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and creative agencies to support the timely delivery of agreed scope and campaign requirements.
  • Support the coordination and review of media placements and corporate advertising to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • One to three years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience, relevant project work, or a demonstrated interest in brand marketing are also encouraged to apply.
  • Relevant exposure to brand, marketing, or campaign work, with an understanding of how customer journeys and integrated communications support marketing objectives.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Skills Required
