CSCS TXEssential Job Duties
Plans and directs development and communication of information designed to keep management informed
Handles a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative function, research, and management roles
Responsible for schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, company records management, data analysis, and representing the executive to others
Handles confidential information and communications
Full comprehension of company's operation and procedures
Contributes to any special projects and performs additional duties as assigned by management
Other duties as assigned
Skill/Requirements
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Energetic, quick-learner who is driven to produce a high quality product
Ability to analyze, research and solve problems
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, with many points of contact and all levels of the organization
Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs, as we are rapidly growing
Ability to work collaboratively with all departments and management levels within the company
Skilled in organization, prioritization, time-management and attention to detail
Displays high levels of emotional intelligence, maturity, and professionalism
Ability to receive and respond to performance feedback effectively
Creates a productive, collaborative work environment by developing a common vision and setting clear objectives
