Job Description

AECOM is actively seeking a Construction Inspector III for immediate employment in Fort Worth, Texas.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Participates in the coordination of administrative functions for one or more executives. 
  • Serves as a representative of the organization or in lieu of the executive. 
  • May attend meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow-up on outstanding items. 
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with discreti
  • Works under limited supervision. Regular use of creativity and latitude is required. Works with highly confidential information. Uses Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other programs to accomplish work. 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • HS + 6 years of relevant or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 3+ years of direct executive-level administrative support experience
  • Certification as an Executive Assistant (CAP) or similar professional credential
  • Experience coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and managing executive calendars
  • Proficiency with additional business software and project management tools
  • Experience supporting C-suite or senior management personnel
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision
