Key Responsibilities Include:
- Executive communication management
- Executive calendar/schedule management
- Expense/Invoice reporting and management
- Control access to the office, screen calls, and prioritizes issues
- Responsible for meeting minutes, materials, and information as requested
- Drafts routine responses to requests for information, reports, and general correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for management personnel as required
Education and Experience
Minimum Required:
- Associate’s degree in Administrative Support or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of experience providing administrative support at an executive leadership level; or
- Five (5) years of experience providing administrative support at an executive leadership level; or
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Communications).
Preferred:
- Notary Public
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
- Experience supporting an executive‑level leader in an administrative or secretarial capacity
