Riskified is hiring an Operations Coordinator & EA to join us in our New York office. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our day-to-day corporate operations. This role combines logistical coordination with workplace project support, requiring someone who can seamlessly shift between vendor management and day-to-day operational execution. The ideal candidate is a true team-player, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics, accommodation arrangements, and itinerary schedules for NYC personnel.
• Maintain specialized operational calendars and oversee meeting room utilization for employees and external clients.
• Act as a primary ambassador for the physical workspace, welcoming incoming guests and facilitating seamless arrival communication.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs of the workspace to optimize space planning, resource utilization, and capacity audits.
• Assist in the management of the local operational budget, tracking expenditures, identifying cost savings, and providing regular financial updates to management.
• Address and resolve day-to-day operational inquiries swiftly and efficiently.
• Facilitate internal updates and cross-functional communications to keep workflows aligned.
• Support the broader organization by tackling ad-hoc projects and stepping in to assist colleagues with unexpected operational needs

• 3+ years of experience in corporate operations, travel coordination, or related workspace support roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work 4 days/week on-site in our Flatiron office.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and the capacity to handle competing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment.
• Proven success supporting workplace management, physical security, and building compliance measures.
• Familiarity with building infrastructure systems, operational software, and facility management platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and related tracking systems.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000_$85,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City.
