What We'll Bring:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient operation and management of the executive office. This role involves handling sensitive information, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.What You'll Bring:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Plan and coordinate executive events, including conferences, and social gatherings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist the CEO in managing and prioritizing projects and tasks.
- Track progress on key initiatives and provide regular updates to the CEO.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the executive team.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Impact You'll Make:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
