The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly efficient with PowerPoint, and familiar with the government consulting industry. They will play a key role in supporting executive functions, coordinating activities, and contributing to the firm's overall success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Handle communication on behalf of the executives, including drafting emails.
  • Draft, edit, and format executive-level presentations and documents, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Schedule, organize, and manage executive meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in advance.

  • Manage the office space to ensure sufficient supplies.
  • Assist the executive in managing projects, including task delegation, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
  • Track corporate key performance indicators around strategic priorities and projects.

Requirements:

  • Required to be on site 3-5 days a week in Crystal City, VA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting executives and within the government consulting industry preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the government contracting process and industry standards is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
