Position Overview:

This role will report directly to the Platform Administrator Manager and serve as an extension to the Platform Leadership, providing friendly, and confidential assistance in a fast-paced environment including coordinating of team activities, communications, and overall being a key partner to the team. As an Executive Assistant, your success in this role is dependent on your superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities is critical. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is essential for success in this role.

Your ability to anticipate executive schedules with a forward-thinking mindset while simultaneously offering input and ideas for efficiencies will establish you as a trusted partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing communication and "gatekeeper" support through call and inbox management, creating win-win situations for the Executive and those reaching out to the Executive.

  •  Support and coordination for Travel.

  • Preparing and submitting Expense Reports.

  • Supporting Leadership Team through project management, communication, and task prioritization.

  • Drafting and finalizing PowerPoint presentations, reports, and other correspondence as needed.

  • Coordinating and participating in event planning activities for a variety of internal and external meetings, events, or programs. This may include managing logistics, scheduling, and calendars, preparing, and distributing meeting materials, taking meeting minutes, managing attendee lists, and coordinating room reservations and/or catering needs.

  • Organizing documentation and maintaining filing system.

  • Maintaining confidentiality.

  • Sharing ideas for continuous improvement and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable practicing independent judgement and taking initiative, keeping projects moving forward and on track with pace of the business.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Education/Experience:

2 or more years’ experience providing Executive Assistant support preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Outlook

  • Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Experience with heavy calendaring involving competing schedules and plans, and the coordination of complex travel itineraries involving multiple parties.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize, plan, and execute Executive Assistant responsibilities in an organized and timely manner.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to independently troubleshoot unforeseen logistical issues.

  • Polished presence and demonstrated ability to represent Acrisure in a professional manner.

  • Demonstrated success organizing events varying in size and complexity including the management of event logistics, registration, and attendee tracking.
