ADMIN ASSISTANT
PART-TIME
Pay Range: $12 to $15 (depending on experience)
The Ponca Playhouse, a local non-profit community theatre, is seeking a part-time office admin who is energetic, social, organized and has a vested interest in Ponca City performing arts. The Ponca Playhouse has been organizing productions for 63 continuous seasons and has been performing at the 301 S. 1st Street Black Box Theatre since 2010.
OFFICE DUTIES
Communications (phone, email, social media)
Ticket Sales (Square and Paypal procedures, check, cash)
Possible Grant Funding and Reporting
Office management (filing, vendors, returning messages/phone calls and inventory)
HOURS
Weekly hours will range between 10 and 16 hours per week, depending on performance calendar for Playhouse productions.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Applicant will need to be comfortable working alone and in conjunction with the Playhouse Board of Directors. Position will include answering phones, taking messages, managing donations (both monetary and materials), customer service with audience members, networking at Chamber events and managing the front office including managing vendors, scheduling theater maintenance and working with the public. Office hours will be between 10am and 3 pm and are negotiable upon hire.
