Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Custom Mechanical Equipment, Ponca City, Oklahoma
Job Summary: At Custom Mechanical Equipment in Ponca City, Oklahoma, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to help facilitate the efficient operation of the front office by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answers and transfers phone calls to the correct department.
- Welcomes and directs visitors and all front office deliveries.
- Orders and manages office supplies.
- Prepares shipping documentation, schedules, and coordinates deliveries.
- Maintains filing systems as assigned.
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, and other related documents.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Handles all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Nice to have experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
