The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Team Assistant or Executive Assistant to join Dexus on a 13-month Fixed Term Contract.

In this role, the Executive Assistant will provide proactive, high-level support to the Executive General Manager - Alternative Investments, and the broader Alternative Investments & Healthcare platform. Acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team, the role enables the effective execution of business priorities, the smooth day-to-day running of the business unit, and the delivery of strategic outcomes.

You will make an impact by:

  • Providing high-level executive support to the Executive General Manager - Alternative Investments, including complex diary and inbox management

  • Proactively managing meeting schedules, coordinating internal and external stakeholder meetings and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

  • Preparing, reviewing and distributing briefing materials, reports, agendas, presentations, meeting packs and supporting documentation to a high professional standard.

  • Drafting and managing executive correspondence, including emails, meeting invitations, stakeholder communications and follow-up actions.

  • Coordinating quarterly leadership team meetings, workshops, strategy sessions and team engagement initiatives, including social events and recognition activities, managing all venue, logistics, catering and technology requirements.

  • Acting as a trusted liaison between the EGM, leadership team, internal business units and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication and follow-through.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience supporting senior leaders in a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant capacity within a fast-paced corporate environment. Highly organised and dependable, you'll take a practical, hands-on approach to managing priorities, keeping things on track, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You'll be comfortable working autonomously, exercising sound judgement, and following through on tasks without close supervision. Equally, you'll enjoy being part of a collaborative team and building strong working relationships across the business. Success in this role will come from your ability to stay organised, anticipate needs, adapt your approach to different stakeholders, and consistently deliver outcomes.
