They are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to expand beyond traditional administrative support and develop into a trusted business partner to GTM leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and changing executive calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and scheduling priorities for two VP-level GTM leaders.
  • Proactively manage executive time by understanding priorities, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring time is focused on high-value business activities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the GTM organization, including sales priorities, business reviews, revenue objectives, customer engagements, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Prepare executives for key meetings by coordinating agendas, pre-reads, presentations, briefing materials, and other executive-ready content.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, sales meetings, business reviews, and recurring GTM meetings, ensuring agendas, participants, materials, and follow-up actions are organized and completed.
  • Track decisions, commitments, and action items from leadership meetings and help ensure appropriate follow-through.
  • Draft, edit, and refine executive communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and other teams to coordinate information and surface important updates, risks, and dependencies.
  • Serve as a professional liaison between the executives and internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve organization, communication, and efficiency.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and driving follow-through.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion when representing the executives and their priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting leaders or teams within a Sales, Go-to-Market, Revenue, SaaS, or similarly fast-paced business environment.
  • Understanding of sales organization structures, business rhythms, and common GTM priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, meetings, travel, and competing scheduling priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate needs and take action without constant direction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and other productivity and collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting VP-level or other senior leaders.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology, SaaS, or sales-driven organization.
  • Experience coordinating QBRs, sales meetings, pipeline reviews, leadership meetings, or other GTM business cadences.
  • Experience preparing presentations, meeting materials, reports, or executive briefings.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Customer Success teams.
  • Strong business acumen and interest in developing a deeper understanding of GTM operations and revenue organizations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities and schedules may change quickly.
