Job Title: Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when required.
- Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate projects and follow up on action items.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Assist with event planning and meeting logistics.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Perform general administrative and operational support as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
