A software company providing SaaS and BaaS services is hiring a highly competent, organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support two business executives. This is a fully remote job that will require up to 10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling general administrative tasks to free up manager's time.
  • Setting up meetings, prepping materials, and conducting market research.
  • Managing specific projects from start to finish (e.g., company registrations, conference vendor setups, or setting up payment gateways.)
  • Keeping communication flowing

Requirements
Working Style and Personality:
  • Proactive and Autonomous: Able to take a task and run with it, finding solutions rather than asking "what should I do next?"
  • Highly Organised: Expected to securely store key documents (like copies of IDs/Passports etc) so they can be referred to in future and not have to ask twice. 
  • Resourceful: Comfortable reaching out to third parties to obtain information or documents without hesitation.
  • Flexible and Discretionary: Must be comfortable receiving late-night or early-morning communication (with the understanding that they do not need to reply or work outside of standard hours) and must maintain absolute client confidentiality (A signed NDA will be required.)
  • Excellent knowedge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Applicants must have a dedicated home-office, laptop, back up for power cuts and reliable fast internet connection.
