JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team, supporting the Regional CEO, Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and executive support, playing a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a globally recognised organisation, working closely with senior leadership across APAC and gaining valuable exposure to regional business operations and strategic initiatives.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive personal assistance and secretarial services for Regional CEO.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, board-level discussions, and executive events, including materials and logistics.
  • Coordinate end-to-end hectic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visa applications, and related logistics. Handle visa applications and immigration-related matters.
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Strong capability to partner with Executive Assistants across offices and geographies to drive efficient coordination of leadership schedules and priorities.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, English Language or other related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a similar capacity
  • Prior exposure in the insurance industry is an advantage
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence liaising and communicating comfortably and effectively with senior management and stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. Experience working with expatriates and multicultural teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with a high degree of reliability and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and commitment, including willingness to be on-call / on standby for urgent matters, and work beyond standard hours when required to support business needs.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving and high-growth environment.
