As an Operations Learning Partner (Learning and Talent Advisor) in the Operations Learning team, you will partner with leaders and Human Resources to execute a global learning strategy aligned to business priorities. You will translate needs into consistent, high-quality learning solutions and ensure strong program delivery across Hong Kong and the region. You’ll use data to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve learning experiences, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and skills development.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with business and Human Resources stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable learning plans
- Execute globally consistent learning solutions aligned to business needs across priority areas
- Program-manage end-to-end delivery of learning initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and session execution (virtual and in-person)
- Facilitate training sessions, demos, professional skills programs, and new hire/induction experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Measure learning outcomes using agreed evaluation approaches, and communicate insights and impact to stakeholders
- Collaborate with learning colleagues to ensure timely development and seamless implementation of learning solutions
- Apply data and targeted communications to maximize participation and engagement in continuous learning opportunities
- Support relationship management with operations stakeholders to define needs clearly and ensure solutions are practical and scalable
- Contribute to global learning projects and regional initiatives, sharing best practices and lessons learned
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, incorporating new approaches and tools to improve learner experience
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, human resources, learning and development, or financial services)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a learning partner, learning advisory, talent development, or comparable role
- Minimum 3 years banking or financial services
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver learning using multiple modalities (e.g., classroom, virtual instructor-led training, digital learning, and peer learning forums)
- Strong facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual settings
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver succinct, impactful messaging
- Experience using measurement approaches to evaluate learning effectiveness and communicate outcomes
- Ability to work effectively in an iterative, delivery-focused environment and respond to change quickly
- Commitment to continuous learning and ongoing professional development
- Ability and willingness to travel
