What You’ll Do:
- Manage
executive schedules and communications by coordinating calendars, meetings, travel
arrangements, and correspondence to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide
administrative and organizational support by preparing reports, presentations, meeting
agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining confidential documents and
records.
- Coordinate
cross-functional activities by liaising with internal teams, external stakeholders,
and vendors while tracking priorities, deadlines, and follow-up actions to
support business objectives.
Requirements
What You Need:
- Fluent in
spoken and written English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Available to
start immediately or within a short notice period.
- Proven experience as an Executive
Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Strong organizational and
time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and
meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft
Office (Outlook,
Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting tools.
- Able to handle confidential
information with
professionalism and discretion.
- Detail-oriented, proactive,
and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management
skills with a customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
