Responsibilities:
- Provides support and assistance for AVP level leaders
- Manages and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Organizes and manages meetings and events including securing, managing, and preparing meeting space, travel, catering, transportation and setup
- Attends scheduled meetings to welcome meeting participants, record minutes ensure logistics needs are met
- Handles incoming calls, emails and other communications on behalf of leader(s)
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Creates and processes expense reports on behalf of leader(s)
- Ensures all documents, letters, briefings and other materials are in final format, including but not limited to grammar, content substance and accuracy
- Performs administrative functions such as ordering supplies, coordinating equipment repairs and mailing information/material to homes to assist with remote working
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience; or 7 years' experience in a related field
- Requires strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization

USD 34.38 - 51.59 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $34.38 - $51.59/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
