Role Overview
We’re looking for a savvy Chief of Staff to work directly with our CTO & Founder. This isn’t your everyday role—it’s a strategic, hands-on partnership designed to ensure smooth execution across high-impact initiatives and day-to-day operations. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and drive both strategic and administrative excellence, we’d love to chat with you.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Communication & Meeting Preparation:
Prepare for Key Meetings: Organize and prepare materials for all-hands meetings, board meetings, and other high-impact gatherings.
Liaison Role: Ensure clear communication between the CTO, internal teams, and external stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
Operational Administration:
Manage Daily Logistics: Oversee calendar management, travel planning, and the coordination of vendor relationships and contracts.
People Ops Excellence: Handle crucial admin tasks such as payroll management and employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience across the organization.
Strategic Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination:
Drive Projects Forward: Assist in the execution of key initiatives across team projects, breaking down strategic goals into actionable steps.
Facilitate Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure that projects are executed effectively and deadlines are met.
EPD Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:
Recruitment Leadership: Collaborate with HR and leadership to drive recruitment initiatives for the Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization.
Talent Pipeline Management: Oversee the candidate pipeline, coordinate interview processes, and ensure hiring practices align with our strategic objectives.
Onboarding & Integration: Help shape a smooth onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success from day one.
Proven Track Record: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff, within a founder’s office, or in a related operational role.
Strategic & Hands-On: Ability to translate strategy into action while managing day-to-day details without missing the big picture.
Effective Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and ensure alignment across teams.
Adaptable & Proactive: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and navigating ambiguity with a positive attitude.
