Lead the visual identity and web experience for Enterpret: design logos, systems, web and motion assets, edit video, build and maintain Webflow sites, establish brand guidelines, manage intake-to-delivery, and partner cross-functionally with marketing and executives to keep brand consistent across digital and physical touchpoints.

Provide high-touch support to the CEO (calendar, inbox, travel, meeting prep), run day-to-day New York office operations, plan events and offsites, manage People Ops logistics (onboarding, offboarding, device lifecycle, HRIS hygiene), collaborate with Finance and People on expenses and budgets, build scalable admin systems, and handle sensitive communications with discretion.

Own and grow a named list of global strategic accounts: land net-new flagship logos, run long multi-stakeholder sales cycles, build quantified business cases and POCs, earn executive sponsorship, apply MEDDPICC, forecast in Salesforce, and expand deployments company-wide while partnering with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.

Own a book of customers end-to-end to drive measurable business outcomes (NRR, renewals, expansion). Build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered agents and automations for customers, connect feedback sources, run data-driven executive reviews, forecast renewals, and drive upsell. Act as customer advocate to influence product and engineering priorities.

The Commercial Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, utilizing consultative selling techniques and collaborating with marketing and customer success teams.

Serve as a deep product expert handling complex technical customer questions, debugging data pipelines and integrations, translating issues to Product and Engineering, validating features in production, and driving tooling and automation improvements.

Own top-of-funnel global outbound: research target accounts, craft personalized outreach across email/LinkedIn/phone, run discovery calls, qualify prospects, and hand off opportunities to Account Executives while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product and leadership to refine positioning and pipeline.

Own end-to-end architecture and execution for agent-driven ML product systems. Convert product direction into technical plans, define boundaries across frontend/BFF/backend/ML platforms, review designs, drive unblock planning, mentor senior engineers, and partner with Product and Design to deliver reliable, low-latency, production-grade agent/ML infrastructure.

Own top-of-funnel for global markets: research target accounts, run personalized outbound (email/LinkedIn/phone), qualify prospects, set up Account Executives, collaborate across teams, iterate on messaging, and use modern sales tooling and AI to build pipeline.

The role involves designing and shipping AI features, defining quality metrics, debugging systems, and collaborating across functions, ensuring production readiness.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new logo acquisition, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate with teams to engage enterprise customers, ultimately contributing to growth and retention through the Customer Intelligence platform.

Serve in the Founder's Office to drive technical program management across Engineering, Product & Design (run Agile ceremonies, roadmap tracking, and dependency management). Own GRC and audit programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR), control design and cross-framework mapping, manage security reviews and trust documentation for enterprise customers, and build operating cadence and tooling for delivery and continuous compliance.
