Own and improve revenue operations workflows spanning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and commercial systems. Responsibilities include CRM and data quality management, lead routing, pipeline and renewal processes, forecasting support, billing handoffs, integrations, automations, AI-assisted workflows, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional execution.

Build and prototype LLM-backed features, including retrieval pipelines, agents, and evaluation systems, while shipping production functionality. Write tested Python, evaluate AI quality, monitor systems, debug data and infrastructure issues, and collaborate with engineering, product, and AI teams. The internship includes mentorship, production ownership, and potential conversion to a full-time role. Candidates must work full-time onsite in Bengaluru.

Own weekly product launches from positioning through post-launch adoption, creating launch assets, enablement, campaigns, and performance analysis. Build Enterpret’s PLG activation flow across email and in-app experiences, define activation metrics, run experiments, improve onboarding, and identify sales-ready accounts. Partner cross-functionally with product, design, sales, and customer success while using AI tools, lifecycle platforms, and product analytics to accelerate execution.

Build and ship scalable backend systems using AWS serverless architectures. Contribute to system design discussions, develop backend and AI feature integrations, create proofs of concept, support real-time inference, and debug production issues. Collaborate closely with experienced engineers on an AI-native platform while gaining practical experience in distributed systems, data pipelines, and resilient software architecture.

The role involves designing and shipping AI features, defining quality metrics, debugging systems, and collaborating across functions, ensuring production readiness.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new logo acquisition, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate with teams to engage enterprise customers, ultimately contributing to growth and retention through the Customer Intelligence platform.

Own the Graph Platform end to end, including knowledge graphs, databases, model repositories, inferencing pipelines, indexing, reliability, scalability, and cloud costs. Design long-term architecture, operate data-intensive systems at scale, resolve production issues, establish observability and rollback practices, collaborate with product and SRE teams, and mentor engineers.

Serve as the CEO's right hand to translate founder intent into scoped workstreams, run operating rhythms, prepare board/investor materials, own finance-adjacent operations, lead cross-functional projects, build data-driven analyses and narratives, operate AI-natively, and support go-to-market and sales efforts to grow ARR.

Provide high-touch support to the CEO (calendar, inbox, travel, meeting prep), run day-to-day New York office operations, plan events and offsites, manage People Ops logistics (onboarding, offboarding, device lifecycle, HRIS hygiene), collaborate with Finance and People on expenses and budgets, build scalable admin systems, and handle sensitive communications with discretion.

Own and grow a named list of global strategic accounts: land net-new flagship logos, run long multi-stakeholder sales cycles, build quantified business cases and POCs, earn executive sponsorship, apply MEDDPICC, forecast in Salesforce, and expand deployments company-wide while partnering with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.

Own a book of customers end-to-end to drive measurable business outcomes (NRR, renewals, expansion). Build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered agents and automations for customers, connect feedback sources, run data-driven executive reviews, forecast renewals, and drive upsell. Act as customer advocate to influence product and engineering priorities.

The Commercial Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, utilizing consultative selling techniques and collaborating with marketing and customer success teams.
