About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our founders and keep our operations running smoothly. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll DoManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for the founders.
Prioritize and handle incoming requests, ensuring the best use of their time.
Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Act as a key point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist with special projects, research, and confidential tasks as needed.
5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite Executives
Proven experience managing complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones
Exceptionally organized & detail-oriented – you can juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.
Strong communication skills – you anticipate needs and keep things running smoothly.
Discretion & professionalism – you handle confidential matters with care.
Proactive & resourceful – you find solutions before problems arise.

HappyRobot's AI workers conduct communication-based tasks like emails, messages, or phone calls. Our focus is in logistics and supply chain which means our AI workers are mostly handling the operations of moving freight including sales, track & trace, accounting, and support. These tasks don’t end in a conversation - we’re also extracting valuable data and leveraging that data for things like targeting prospects or understanding pricing and demand in an all-in-one control panel for your business.
HappyRobot's platform was built as a developer tool, so although we’re experts in common logistics use cases, any custom workflow can be built. If your team is spending time sending emails or making calls, we can automate that workflow by giving AI access to the right data and good instructions.
