Build and lead the HRBP function for a high-growth AI startup. Partner with executives and Forward Deployed Engineers to discover, scope, prototype, prioritize, and deliver AI use cases from initial conversation through production. Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering and operations teams. Build candidate pipelines, partner with founders and hiring managers on role definitions and scorecards, deliver strong candidate experiences, optimize sourcing strategies, develop scalable recruiting processes and reporting, and support employer branding through LinkedIn, events, and referrals.

Build and implement AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers from onboarding through ongoing usage. Develop full-stack applications and scalable features using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python; create AI/ML applications involving LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcription; manage APIs and third-party integrations; collaborate cross-functionally; and prioritize multiple customer projects under tight deadlines.

The Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and operate backend services, ensuring system reliability and performance while collaborating with others in a high-growth environment.

Own post-sale relationships with large enterprise customers, driving adoption, measurable value, renewals, and expansion of AI workforce solutions. Define success metrics, lead business reviews, monitor account health, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with engineers, deployment strategists, and sales on new workflows. Translate customer feedback into product improvements and create scalable onboarding playbooks and best practices.

The Software Engineer will design and operate backend services, improve system performance, and collaborate with teams while taking ownership of projects.

Lead enterprise AI deployment strategy from discovery through production. Partner with executives to identify and prioritize high-value use cases, scope technical and business requirements, build prototypes in Python, coordinate deployments with Forward Deployed Engineers, manage customer relationships, and provide product feedback. The role combines technical execution, strategic consulting, program management, prioritization, and onsite customer engagement.

Manage internal IT operations, including identity and access management, onboarding and offboarding, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration, device management, support tickets, access requests, automation, troubleshooting, and documentation. The role requires hands-on administration of identity providers, MDM platforms, SaaS applications, and endpoint fleets while maintaining security, compliance, SLAs, and clear communications.

Build and automate HappyRobot’s revenue accounting function from scratch. Responsibilities include designing revenue close processes, configuring the revenue sub-ledger, automating revenue recognition and accounts receivable workflows, evaluating ASC 606 treatment for complex contracts, calculating credit-pool breakage and true-ups, and developing audit-ready revenue policies. The role partners with Sales, Deal Desk, RevOps, engineering, and company leadership while applying AI tools to streamline finance operations.

Own and build HappyRobot’s commercial business in Mexico. Lead enterprise sales, close complex deals, develop the go-to-market strategy, manage forecasts and pipelines, engage C-level buyers, and hire, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product while providing market and competitive insights. The role requires strong enterprise technology sales experience in Mexico, executive relationships, bilingual Spanish and English fluency, and a data-driven, entrepreneurial leadership style.

Generates and qualifies new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, researching potential clients, managing prospects in a CRM, conducting market research, refining outreach with sales and marketing, and meeting outreach, meeting, and opportunity-generation KPIs.

Build and deploy customer-facing AI solutions, full-stack applications, MVPs, APIs, and third-party integrations.
