We’re seeking a highly proactive, forward-thinking Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to three leaders, including a particularly complex and dynamic scope within Healthcare Systems.
In this role, you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while anticipating needs and adapting to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. You will navigate a high-volume, global calendar with shifting priorities, bringing structure, clarity, and calm to complex and often unpredictable situations.
Your role:
Providing administrative support to senior management and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating agendas.
Handling correspondence and preparing documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
Organizing travel arrangements and managing expense reports.
Supporting leadership events, workshops, and conferences, including logistics and participant coordination.
Maintaining records and ensuring efficient communication flow.

You're the right fit if:
You have minimum 2 years of experience in Administrative Support, Clerical Support or equivalent
You speak excellent English and bring strong MS Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint required).
You are comfortable interacting professionally with senior executives, often managing sensitive or confidential topics.
You have strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
You thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment, balancing multiple priorities with calm and focus
You are naturally proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, anticipating needs before they arise
