General Responsibilities
• Leads in analytical and specialized administrative support to executives, administrative, and staff managers of complex duties.
• Recommends process improvements, compiles data and prepares reports.
• Leads activities and events between departments.
• Ensures incoming calls, visitors, and emails are being responded to in an efficient manner
• Develops all files, records, schedules and agendas
• Responsible for the efficient, reliable, and cost-effective fulfillment of current and future administrative needs of the organization
• Organizes meetings and business trips (tickets, taxis, hotel reservations, etc.) for company employees and visitors
• Greets visitors in the office and addresses their requirements and inquiries to the respective employees from different departments

• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Hourly Base Pay Range:

$31.60 - $43.45
