Job Responsibilities & Requirements
What You Will Do:
Manage complexity across executive calendars, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and ensuring adequate preparation for meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support executive priorities and meeting logistics.
Facilitate communications and correspondence on behalf of the executive team, maintaining confidentiality.
Organize and coordinate leadership meetings, departmental meetings, and executive events, ensuring complete logistical setup.
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting materials with a high level of polish and accuracy.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
Support Purchase Order processing, invoice tracking, and administrative workflows.
This is an on site Monday - Friday at our corporate HQ in Chesterfield.
Qualifications
High School/GED required
Associates preferred
2+ Years administrative or related experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality work

Physical Demands
This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role. This role may need to access areas within the building that are undergoing renovations which may contain jobsite hazards. Occasionally this role will be required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
