Ensure material readiness, balance capacity, sequence production, and address shortages, downtime, and expedited orders. Monitor schedule adherence, OTIF, inventory accuracy, and WIP flow. Maintain ERP data integrity, coordinate with purchasing, inventory, engineering, quality, maintenance, and production teams, and provide real-time scheduling support to supervisors.

Develop and maintain master production schedules and material plans across multiple manufacturing facilities. Analyze demand, capacity, inventory, and supply risks; optimize MRP parameters, safety stock, lead times, and inventory levels. Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, suppliers, logistics, and engineering to resolve shortages and capacity constraints. Build planning dashboards and performance metrics, lead inventory reduction and continuous improvement initiatives, and support standardization through 5–10% travel.

Provides day-to-day administrative and office support, including executive assistance, front desk coverage, mail and package coordination, meeting and event preparation, employee engagement programs, candidate travel booking, office organization, supply management, and special projects. The role is onsite and requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, multitasking, and customer service skills.

Designs truss components and field repairs using engineering principles, building codes, structural analysis, and customer specifications. Reviews truss design software results, collaborates with engineers, architects, building officials, software developers, and customers, and provides troubleshooting guidance. The role requires accurate technical work, interpretation of prints and schematics, attention to safety and quality, and approximately 5% domestic travel.
