WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Build and maintain mission-critical trading workflows for FIX Drop Copy STP
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java and SQL Server code
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while adhering to industry best practices
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends
• Contribute high-quality code to our team of experienced financial developers

WHAT’S REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of Java development experience
• 10+ years of SQL Server development experience
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server objects and optimizations (functions, views, indexes, procs, tables, CTEs, transactions, etc.)
• Proficiency with Jetbrains Intellij
• Familiarity with version control systems and build environments, such as Git, Jenkins, and GitHub
• Financial industry experience, specifically Fixed Income products, such as bonds, swaps, CDS, and FX, or Commodity Futures
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range for this role is $250,000-$300,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
