Position Overview:

As the Vice President Product Management / Head of Products for EverHealth, you will be responsible for setting the product roadmap, priority, vision and strategy, across a diverse portfolio of SaaS based integrated EHR, RCM and Fax solutions. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping the future of digital healthcare solutions, driving innovation, and delivering measurable value to providers and patients.

You will lead a team of product leaders and managers across multiple product lines, working closely with engineering, marketing, customer success, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment with EverHealth’s business goals. Your focus will include platform unification, AI-driven capabilities, product-led growth, and seamless user experiences across B2B and B2B2C healthcare ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management & Vision

  • Define and communicate a compelling multi-year product roadmap and vision aligned with EverHealth’s growth objectives and market trends.
  • Drive a unified platform strategy across diverse healthcare solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap that delivers innovation, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote agile product development and customer-centric design practices.
  • Experience leading a 200M+ portfolio

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of 30+ product managers, product owners, UI designers and documentation teams across geographies and product categories.
  • Foster a strong product culture rooted in user-centricity, collaboration, experimentation, and accountability.
  • Act as a thought leader within EverHealth and the broader product and healthcare community.

Market and Customer Insights

  • Leverage market research, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and evolving customer needs.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product-market fit and differentiated value propositions.
  • Represent EverHealth externally with key clients, partners, and at industry events.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver world-class software with speed, quality, and usability.
  • Collaborate with finance and corporate strategy to define business cases, pricing strategies, and investment priorities.
  • Partner with compliance, security, and clinical experts to ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST).

Product Operations & Performance

  • Establish product KPIs and use data to drive decision-making, improve outcomes, and inform trade-offs.
  • Enable product-led growth by integrating usage analytics, feedback loops, and A/B testing into the development process.
  • Support post-acquisition product integration and rationalization strategies across the EverHealth portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 10+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-product portfolios.
  • Deep experience in healthcare technology (EHR, RCM, patient engagement, or practice management).
  • Proven ability to scale and lead product teams in high-growth SaaS or platform-based businesses.
  • Strong track record of delivering commercially successful and innovative B2B/B2C healthcare software products.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, user-centered design, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience leading product integration across M&A.
  • Familiarity with value-based care, telehealth, or health data interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
  • MBA or advanced technical degree a plus.
