As the Events
& Engagement lead at 5 ELK, you’ll be the heartbeat of our culture;
creating moments, experiences, and initiatives that make people feel connected,
valued, and proud to be part of the tribe.
You’ll take the
lead from concept to wrap‑up, you’ll own
the full experience; making sure every activity reflects the 5 ELK identity and
brings real impact to the team.
Working closely
with different departments, you’ll turn ideas into unforgettable experiences
and help shape a workplace culture where everyone feels included, inspired, and
engaged.
What You’ll
Do:
- Plan and execute large-scale events
such company anniversaries, awards
ceremonies, and seasonal celebrations,
ensuring high engagement and alignment with organisational goals.
- Develop creative and effective
employee engagement initiatives which
align to the company’s purpose, vison, mission and values.
- Organize small-scale initiatives
like themed office activities, Client and 5 ELK appreciation gestures, and interactive workshops
- Oversee club schedules and
activities
- Work closely with departments to
ensure seamless coordination and alignment of events
- Regularly update employees on
upcoming events and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the day to day task of the entire team
to ensure timely delivery of task and activities for the team & client/s
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm
pricing/costing to purchase 5 ELK merchandises
- Ensure Billing Invoices and Receipts
are accurate and complete
- Manage accurate reporting to Senior
Manager of People and Culture and
Finance regarding event budgets and funds
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, any field.
- At
least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Prior
experience in leading events and company initiatives.
- Strong English communication skills; empathetic,
clear, and professional.
- Organised
and great at juggling a variety of activities in a day.
- Comfortable talking to department heads and
stakeholders.
- Coachable,
adaptable, and proactive.
