In this dynamic role, you will participate in client and prospect events that showcase our expertise, strengthen relationships, and elevate our market presence. Your ability to combine strategic thinking with exceptional delivery will help build brand awareness, generate and nurture business opportunities, and support client retention across multiple segments.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in marketing, events, or communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for creating exceptional experiences will directly contribute to our growth objectives and help shape the way clients and prospects engage with our organisation.

If you are looking for a role where you can make a visible impact, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver initiatives that drive business success, we'd love to hear from you.

A role you will love
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our go-to-market (GTM) engagement strategy across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with business leaders and marketing colleagues, you will help bring strategic initiatives to life through impactful events, targeted engagement activities, and broader marketing programs that support business growth and strengthen client relationships.

You will assist in the end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of events, including client functions, executive lunches, roundtables, sponsorship activations, and industry engagement opportunities. From planning through to execution and post-event evaluation, you will participate in creating memorable experiences that enhance our brand, deepen client engagement, and generate meaningful business opportunities.

Success in this role requires the ability to apply marketing and event best practices to engage multiple stakeholders and influencers throughout complex and often lengthy sales cycles. You will play an important role in supporting relationship-led business development activities, developing engagement strategies that nurture connections, building trust, and contributing to long-term client and business success.

Acting as a trusted partner to the business, you will connect them with the broader marketing function and translating business objectives into effective and targeted engagement plans. Your ability to build strong relationships, manage competing priorities, and deliver exceptional outcomes will be critical to driving success in this highly visible and collaborative role.

What will you bring to the role?
To be successful in this role, you will bring a relevant qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline, along with proven experience delivering impactful marketing and event initiatives. You are passionate about creating engaging experiences, building meaningful stakeholder relationships, and driving successful business outcomes through strategic marketing activities.

You are a highly organised and proactive professional with strong project management capabilities, comfortable managing multiple priorities and coordinating activities across cross-functional teams. Your ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels enables you to effectively understand business needs.

With a customer and market-focused mindset, you are skilled at balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence. You take a disciplined, process-driven approach to your work and have exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every initiative is delivered to a high standard. You are also comfortable analysing campaign and event performance, using insights and success metrics to evaluate outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

In addition, you are confident working with marketing technologies and have experience using scheduling and email marketing platforms to support the delivery of integrated marketing and engagement programs. Your ability to stay organised, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently deliver exceptional results will set you apart in this role.
