The EUC Leader oversees the design, implementation, and management of end-user computing solutions across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and leadership skills to manage a distributed team of EUC professionals. The EUC Lead collaborates with IT leadership to align EUC initiatives with business objectives, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable endpoint solutions.
Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:
Leadership & Strategy

Lead and mentor a distributed team of EUC professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Align EUC initiatives with organizational goals and IT strategies.
EUC Solutions & Endpoint Management

Oversee deployment and lifecycle management of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and VDI solutions.

Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and optimization through best practices and tools.
User Support & Executive Services

Provide high-level support for end users, resolving complex technical issues.

Deliver white-glove support for C-suite executives, ensuring seamless experiences across all devices and services.
Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimize EUC solutions.

Maintain and enhance EUC documentation, workflows, and service standards.
Team Development & Training

Mentor and develop EUC team members, providing ongoing training to keep up with evolving technologies.
Technical Knowledge and Understanding:

Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Windows 10/11, macOS.

Familiarity with endpoint security tools (Microsoft Defender, Qualys).

Knowledge of ITIL processes and Jira Service Desk.

Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python) for automation and troubleshooting.
Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.

10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in EUC leadership.

Expertise in EUC solutions, endpoint management, and security best practices.

Experience with VDI solutions (Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS Workspaces, VMware Horizon, Citrix).

Strong communication and leadership skills.
