About your team :
Fidelity is investing significantly in the continued growth of its active ETF business and expanding its presence across Europe. Our Switzerland and Liechtenstein ETF Distribution team plays an important role in bringing innovative investment solutions to clients and partners across the region.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth area of the business, working alongside experienced professionals while developing deep expertise in ETFs, investment markets and client engagement.
About your role :
As a valued member of our Swiss ETF Distribution team, you will work closely with colleagues across sales, product, marketing and investment teams to help deliver an exceptional client experience and support the growth of Fidelity's ETF business in Switzerland and Liechtenstein specifically supporting Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), Wealth Managers and Family Offices in Switzerland and Liechtenstein
You will play an important role in strengthening client relationships, identifying market opportunities and helping clients understand how Fidelity's active ETF capabilities can support their investment objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Supporting the implementation of Fidelity’s ETF distribution strategy across Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Partnering with senior sales professionals to develop and strengthen client relationships.
Assisting with client meetings, presentations, events and follow-up activities.
Contributing to product positioning, market insights and competitor analysis.
Supporting marketing and distribution initiatives for Fidelity’s active ETF offering.
Responding to client queries and helping ensure a high standard of client service.
Maintaining accurate client records and sales activity within Salesforce.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth and client outcomes.
About you :
Understanding of the Swiss asset management and distribution landscape and key client segments.
Strong interest in financial markets and ETFs, with a desire to develop specialist knowledge.
Experience in asset management, wealth management, financial services or a related field would be beneficial.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving opportunities.
Fluent German and English, with French considered a strong asset; Italian is an additional advantage
