- Gestão do Estoque de insumos de todas as as unidades da ALS Brasil.
- Realização de inventários de estoque de cada unidade, segundo procedimento e cronograma.
- Emissão de solicitações de compra para reabastecimento de itens de estoque e acompanhamento de compras e entregas.
- Conferência e lançamento de pré-nota no sistema para o time fiscal de todo material de estoque recebido, para que seja dado entrada nos produtos via sistema.
- Atendimento às SAs (Solicitações de Armazem) com realização da entrega dos itens de estoque para as operações ou setores solicitantes.
- Realização de baixa no sistema das SAs entregues para que tenha movimentação de saída dos itens no sistema.
- Fechamento mensal de estoque e reporte segundo procedimentos, conferindo as entradas e saídas de materiais no sistema se estão de acordo com o físico.
- Realização de transferências de insumo de estoque entre filiais quando necessário.
- Auxiliar no contato com fornecedores de insumos de estoque e realização na negociação e realização de orçamentos.
- Certificar que os insumos estejam devidamente identificados e liberados para uso segundo os padrões de qualidade e controles de qualidade da empresa.
- Preencher relatórios, portais e planilhas segundo demandas do setor.
- Desenvolver e implementar novas soluções, para os problemas e desafios identificados no setor de atuação.
- Cultivar uma forte interação entre as áreas de Compras, Logística, Operações, Recursos Humanos e Comercial.

Skills Required
- Authorization to work in the country (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
- Experience with inventory and stock management, including conducting physical inventories
- Ability to use inventory/warehouse systems, record transactions, and maintain spreadsheets and reports
- Experience coordinating with suppliers and internal departments for purchases, deliveries and transfers
- Familiarity with quality control procedures to ensure supplies are identified and released per company standards
