Lead a distributed production support team for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/SCM). Own system availability, patch/release cycles, integrations, access governance, RCA, Level 2/3 support, regression testing, sandbox management, KPIs, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and IT security to ensure stable, compliant ERP operations.

Perform routine laboratory sample handling and preparation, follow written and oral instructions, operate and maintain equipment, complete ISO 17025 records, monitor work quality, report anomalies or hazards, and follow safety and PPE requirements. Full training provided; previous lab experience is desirable.

Manage the full sales cycle for life-science testing services: prospecting, client visits, needs analysis, market analysis, prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, negotiate deals, and drive customer retention, cross-selling and growth.

Perform routine visitation, maintenance, installation and upgrade of remote streamflow and environmental monitoring stations. Collect, verify and record environmental data using field instruments and software, keep accurate field notes/photos/maps, assist on projects, and perform manual excavation and tool-based tasks in varied outdoor conditions.

Support client supply orders and sample shipping: receive and organize returned samples, prepare shipments and waybills, perform LIMS data entry, deliver shipments, and perform general janitorial and team-support duties while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Provide on-site support for lab operations including processing client bottle orders, receiving and logging samples, preparing shipments, delivering supplies, basic data entry into LIMS, light janitorial duties, and other tasks to maintain a safe, organized workflow.

Weigh and inspect prepared geological pulp samples following established procedures; operate analytical balances; track samples in Webview; wash labware; dispose waste safely; report quality or safety issues; follow schedules and safety protocols; perform assigned lab support duties across rotating shifts.

Perform routine and non-routine geologic sample analyses using AAS, ICP-AES and ICP-MS. Maintain instruments, prepare dilutions and calibration standards, evaluate data with instrument software and GEMS, ensure QC and SOP compliance, document results in Word/Excel, maintain inventory and a safe lab environment, and act as backup to shift lead.

Support field operations as an operations intern/field assistant: assist with sample collection and data recording, follow safety and company procedures, and support the ALS team in day-to-day field tasks. Apply with resume and cover letter; meet eligibility to work in the country.

Perform microbiological analyses of drinking water, wastewater, and biosolids per EPA methods and SOPs; complete QC, reagent prep, recordkeeping, and data reporting; meet production and compliance deadlines; maintain audit-ready laboratory safety and cleanliness; work independently and in teams, participate in schedule rotations, and assist with other lab duties as directed.

Design, program, integrate, and maintain collaborative robotic systems for laboratory automation. Develop and maintain PLC, robot, and peripheral control software; integrate sensors, vision, and lab instruments; troubleshoot, calibrate, install, test, document, and scale automation solutions across labs while collaborating with software engineers and lab staff.

Support project managers by entering project setups in LIMS, coordinating subcontractors, responding to client inquiries, scheduling sample collection/shipping, reviewing chain-of-custody, and preparing final reports. Maintain knowledge of analytical methods, collaborate across departments, and use Excel/Word and other lab software to ensure projects meet timelines and regulatory requirements.

Lead HSE strategy and operations across Nordic geochemistry sites: implement and monitor HSE programs, ensure legal and global-standard compliance, run risk assessments and incident management, perform audits, deliver training, support authority interactions, and drive continuous improvement in safety and sustainability.

Manage day-to-day logistics including filling and dispatching bottle orders, receiving and processing deliveries, arranging couriers, maintaining stock areas, answering client communications, and providing administrative support to ensure timely, accurate client order registration and distribution.

Perform sample preparation, instrument calibration and maintenance, reagent and standard preparation, data processing and entry, general lab maintenance, and follow established protocols and safety procedures in a geochemistry analytical laboratory.

Lead technical operations of an environmental laboratory: maintain and troubleshoot analytical instruments (HRMS, ICP-MS, GC/MS, IC), ensure regulatory compliance with EPA/ASTM methods, develop methods, mentor staff, validate data, liaise with vendors/clients, manage purchases, and drive process improvements and quality initiatives.

Lead global deployment of geochemical laboratory services: set up and commission sites, ensure safety and analytical quality, train and assess local staff, troubleshoot workflows and instrumentation, perform quality audits, coordinate logistics and handovers, and support ongoing operations in remote international environments.

Support warehouse and logistics operations including shipping/receiving, packaging, inventory control, data entry, scanning, local deliveries, forklift loading/unloading, printing/Logging packing slips into Oracle ERP, and assisting with client rebilling and warehouse recordkeeping while following safety procedures.

Sell laboratory and environmental testing services within an assigned territory. Develop new prospects, maintain client portfolios, meet revenue targets, prepare quotes, deliver presentations, represent ALS at trade shows, and support client events while complying with safety and reporting requirements.

Coordinate and supervise laboratory QA/QC activities: maintain calibration and verification schedules, conduct internal audits, train staff on SOPs and accreditation, initiate corrective/preventative actions, monitor SPC charts, and perform laboratory testing and continuous improvement tasks.
