Serve as HR advisor for ~300 employees at ALS Germany: counsel managers on HR policies, employee relations, works council negotiations, performance and talent management, change initiatives, training and succession planning, HR projects, and workforce planning while collaborating with German and global HR teams.

Prepare and sort client samples for geochemical analysis, perform special prep procedures (mixing, sieving, crushing, pulverizing), carry out QC checks, assist in training new staff, inspect equipment, follow safety procedures, meet production targets, and report issues to supervisors.

Provide technical support as the main contact for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting user requests in a corporate environment, including managing Active Directory and maintaining network and server operations.
