The Estimating Design Admin will assist the Estimating Team by providing administrative support, performing data entry and managing high volume email communication with internal and external customers.Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage high volume email communication using Microsoft Outlook.
- Manage high volume instant messaging communication using Microsoft Teams
- Track Estimating requests via Microsoft Power App and Microsoft Access
- Data Entry into MiTek Business Application.
- Data Entry into Microsoft Excel
- Organize digital files
- Performs other administrative duties as required.
- Minimum high school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience or education
- Experience working with business/office procedures
- Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
- Proficient use of the English language in reading, writing, and speaking
- Moderate math skills and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage own time and workflow to meet deadlines
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure and be teamwork oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively with others, including peers and management
- Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time and work overtime hours mandated by management
