Job Description
Organização do Processo de Vendas: Manutenção da estrutura e eficiência do pipeline de vendas e do fluxo de documentação.
Elaboração de Planilhas: Criação e gerenciamento de planilhas detalhadas para rastreamento de dados, precificação ou informações de clientes.
Elaboração de Propostas: Redação e preparação de propostas comerciais formais a serem enviadas aos principais clientes diretos.
Atendimento Inicial de Clientes: Fornecer o primeiro nível de serviço ao cliente e o contato inicial para consultas recebidas.
Elaboração de Relatórios de Vendas: Desenvolvimento e extração de relatórios para fornecer visibilidade sobre as métricas e o desempenho de vendas.
Gestão de CRM: Manuseio de entrada de dados, atualizações e gerenciamento dentro do sistema de Customer Relationship Management para garantir a precisão de leads e contas.
Basic Requirements
Formação Acadêmica: Cursando Graduação em Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
Google Workspace: Proficiência básica necessária para criação de documentos, organização de dados em planilhas (Sheets) e comunicação interna.
Inglês (Intermediário): Nível de comunicação; capacidade de interagir e expressar ideias de forma eficaz em um contexto profissional.
Soft Skills: Organização para gestão de processos e habilidades interpessoais para o atendimento inicial a clientes.
