ATIVIDADES E RESPONSABILIDADES

Contribuir para a manutenção dos programas de compliance regulatório, privacidade e sustentabilidade das empresas da Mobilize Financial Services.
Participar do monitoramento de atualizações regulatórias.
Auxiliar na elaboração e implementação de políticas e processos internos.
Auxiliar no mapeamento e atualização dos inventários de tratamento de dados pessoais.
Apoiar iniciativas e projetos de sustentabilidade e responsabilidade corporativa.
Auxiliar nas respostas a consultas internas.
Apoiar na coleta e reporte de indicadores de desempenho.
Apoiar na preparação de materiais de treinamento para colaboradores e fornecedores.
Elaborar apresentações, relatórios e documentos diversos.
Realizar tarefas administrativas da área, como o processamento de pagamentos.

REQUISITOS

Formação: cursando Direito ou áreas relacionadas;
Pacote Office (Excel, Word e PowerPoint);
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
Organização;
Proatividade.

DIFERENCIAL

Inglês e/ou Francês.
